Biomass plant in Ghent, Belgium won't burn Belgian pellets

The Max Green power plant in Ghent will not burn wood pellets made from Belgian sources because the woodworkers industry opposed it on the basis that producing enough wood pellets to supply the plant would cause shortages for the industry. The woodworkers industry also opposed Flemish subsidies for the plant.
